Qualificações

• FAIS accreditation and NQF level 4/5 required.
• Proven insurance sales experience and client focus.
• In-depth life insurance and investment-linked product knowledge.
• Strong ethics and regulatory awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct needs analyses to understand goals and risk tolerance.
• Develop and present personalized financial plans with insurance focus.
• Recommend and sell life, disability, health, and investment‑linked policies.
• Build long-term relationships with clients with regular reviews.
• Stay informed on new products, market trends and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with advisory regulations and company policies.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals and marketing.
• Process applications and support policy issuance.
• Provide post-sale support and address client questions.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
