The role involves managing high-value client accounts and ensuring outstanding customer service delivery. Qualifications

  • Matric with an A-grade average, specifically in Mathematics.
  • BA or BCom degree required.
  • Computer literate with strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent academic record in both Matric and tertiary studies.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain client policies.
  • Handle policy renewals and amendments efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional service to high-value key accounts.
  • Act as a primary liaison for high-net-worth clients.
  • Perform general administration tasks to support client servicing.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
