Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred.

  • Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from the unexpected, and achieve their dreams.
  • Detail-oriented with pride in accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers.
  • Property and Casualty license (must have currently).
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
