Role Overview: As an Advisor: Sales and Service, you will play a crucial role in our client's company's success by providing personalized sales support and exceptional service to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with clients to assess their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Educate clients on various insurance products and coverage options available.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales efforts.
- Conduct thorough policy reviews and make recommendations for coverage adjustments or enhancements.
- Process insurance applications, policy changes, and claims efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues promptly.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
- To increase Indwe's market share by selling appropriate risk solutions to new and existing clients within the Advisory Division.
- To provide a rewarding service experience and appropriate risk solutions at all touch points.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales and service roles within the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products such as Homeowners, Auto, and Life insurance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Insurance certifications or licenses (e.g., FAIS accreditation) are advantageous.
- Matric Level 4 FETC Short-Term Insurance Qualification.
- Advantage: Higher Certificate in Insurance (NQF5).
- Passed exam RE: Representatives.
