Introduction: Tracker requires the services of an Insurance Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing administrative and claims tasks in accordance with legal requirements and driving client services aligned with Tracker's strategic objectives.

The candidate must be able to collaborate with different departments within Tracker, as well as with business partners and clients.

The role involves managing daily operations to ensure efficient and timely processing of email and telephony work items, including planning, directing, coordinating, and driving results.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  1. Servicing and assisting customers promptly within SLA via electronic and telephonic communication.
  2. Ensuring availability to respond to incoming telephonic requests during business hours.
  3. Providing a one-time resolution for all client requests.
  4. Keeping clients informed throughout the entire claims process, from claim initiation to payment.
  5. Applying TCF principles in all client and stakeholder engagements.
  6. Ensuring compliance with all FAIS fit and proper requirements.
  7. Providing advice within the regulatory framework.
  8. Maintaining a 95% QA rate on all engagements.
  9. Assisting with ad-hoc business needs such as refunds, credits, cancellations, SMS, emails, and reporting.

Qualifications, experience, and competencies required:

  • Registered Representative - RE5 (or to be completed within 12 months).
  • Matric and FAIS credits (or to be completed within 12 months).
  • Knowledge and background in the Short-Term Personal Lines Insurance Industry.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Conflict management and resolution skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
