Placements24 is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer specializing in e-learning to join a fully remote team creating engaging online training for a global audience.

You will oversee the complete design and development lifecycle, from needs analysis to multimedia integration and evaluation, applying adult learning theories to deliver accessible digital training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design with focus on e-learning development.
• Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
• Experience with multimedia development (graphics, audio, video editing) is a plus.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
