Job Description

  • Marketing of tracking solutions to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Managing all exceptions and urgent same-day scheduling for the Western Cape Region.
  • Supporting and liaising between Sales, Installations, and Tech Support at HQ.
  • Establishing, building, and maintaining relationships with various partners.
  • Handling contract administration, feedback, and daily statistical reporting.
  • Maintaining Customer Service standards in a high-pressure environment.
  • Providing service within the region and to other departments/regions/staff.
  • Meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Performing data capturing.
  • Tech Support: Ensuring tech efficiency, confirming bookings align with scheduling aids, following instructions from the Installation Manager regarding tech scheduling for projects, leave, and rebooking canceled jobs.
  • Following up on leads and queries.
  • Scheduling fitments of tracking units.
  • Liaising with technicians regarding appointments.
  • Rescheduling appointments as needed.
  • Ensuring high-quality schedules are checked and maintained.
  • Monitoring effective utilization of technicians.
  • Outsourcing work to fitment centers.
  • Maintaining local and regional scheduling relationships.
  • Managing potential cancellations.
  • Taking ownership of all queries and calls, assisting clients within SLAs.
  • Allocating prefit fitments to assigned fitment centers.
  • Arranging and coordinating same-day fitments per dealer requirements.

Minimum Requirements

Required Competencies:

  • Matric certificate.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Western Cape geographical area.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel).
