Qualifications

• Recognized qualification in Early Childhood Development (ECD) or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with young children in childcare/educational setting.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early learning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills.
• Ability to plan and implement engaging lesson plans and activities.
• Patience, creativity, and nurturing approach to childcare.
• First Aid certification is an asset.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Benoni, Gauteng.
