The client is currently implementing a new operating model that includes outsourcing several key middle- and back-office functions to a third-party service provider.

As part of this strategic initiative, they are seeking an experienced Test Manager to take ownership of quality assurance across the Ops Model project.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement a comprehensive test strategy for the project Identify, manage, and mitigate quality risks Establish and enforce quality governance processes Implement and monitor a risk-based, quality-gated approach to testing Plan, coordinate, and track testing across multiple project workstreams Promote and enforce software testing best practices Define and report on project-level quality metrics Engage with key business and IT stakeholders (e.g.
