Make It With Pride. In this role, you will mine and combine multiple data sources (retail, consumer, market, demographic, etc.) to provide powerful, action-oriented recommendations.
Additionally, you will support and drive the deployment and adoption of Demand Spaces in the assigned area (typically country or Business Unit).

- Have a strong ability to mine & combine insights from multiple sources with consumer and business knowledge, and synthesize to help provide clear and compelling recommendations for growth activities.
- Understand Core and Growth consumers, laws of growth, and help bring each to life to assist marketing in understanding consumers.
- Use Nielsen, Household-panel-data, and other data sources to identify drivers of brand/business performance and communicate findings clearly to the business team.
- Provide understanding of advertising performance and brand equity development.
- Offer Shopper Insights to leverage broad shopping and consumer knowledge.
- Continuously optimize business through data tracking and learning.
- Drive action-oriented insights on portfolio, innovation, communication, and brand growth.
- Support local market analytics.
- Leverage insights from the Demand Spaces framework to identify growth opportunities for Mondelez.
- Curate social intelligence and cultural trends to identify snacking moments and brand opportunities.
- Identify and leverage growth opportunities in the retail environment within the geographic responsibility.
Additional qualities you will bring
- A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience in Consumer-centric Insights and Analytics.
- Experience in Insight and Business Areas (Marketing, Innovation, Trade, Sales).
- Experience working directly with Marketing teams, designing, executing, and analyzing primary & secondary data sources.
- Experience with design thinking and Agile methodologies to identify innovative business opportunities.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Collaborative mindset, motivated by working with others.
Job specific requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Social Science, Business Administration, Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the commercial area (preferably FMCG).
- At least 5 years of market research experience.
- Cross-country experience is preferable, with demonstrated ability to work across cultures and remotely.
- Strong leadership, communication, and partnership skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative and strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to partner with marketing, sales, and external agencies.
