You support profit and loss management and future business development plans, including new product development and platform opportunities.
How you will contribute
Working with other internal stakeholders, you will determine priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth.
You will develop annual plans, set objectives, and allocate resources.
Additionally, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, execute category marketing plans to deliver revenue and profit forecasts, share objectives, monitor performance, and deliver results over the AC and SP horizon.
Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and campaigns.

Education / Certifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Job specific requirements
10+ years of insights & analytics experience in FMCG/CPG, with deep expertise in at least two I&A functions (e.g., Consumer/Shopper Insights, Category/Brand Insights, Data Analytics).
Extensive knowledge of I&A tools, including syndicated data providers (Nielsen, IRI, Kantar).
3+ years leading and managing I&A teams, with skills in engagement, resource allocation, and conflict management.
Ability to translate insights into actions, influence cross-functional teams, and work effectively in a matrix structure.
Travel within SSA as required. No relocation support available.
