Role Purpose

Generation of insights regarding business challenges and outcomes through independent or collaborative collection, analysis, interpretation, and integration of various data.

Requirements
  • 3-4 years experience in designing and insights is essential
  • Experience in financial services (desirable)
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, SQL is essential
  • Experience with PowerBI development and insights is essential
  • A diploma or degree will be an advantage
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and present insights reporting based on various methodologies, including traditional (qualitative and quantitative) and new methodologies.
  • Support the business team to provide actionable and key findings by conducting analysis using various data sources.
  • Create reports and presentation deliverables to internal and external stakeholders to ensure insights meet business requirements.
  • Collect and analyze quantitative data from various data sources.
  • Conduct qualitative focus groups and interviews with stakeholders to understand business requirements prior to design.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to create a narrative that drives action based on insights.
  • Develop an understanding of the business to ensure the effective delivery of insights aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Support the process of creating and enhancing value for internal and external stakeholders by understanding client needs and behavior.
Client Service
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver on service level agreements made with stakeholders to ensure expectations are managed.
  • Make recommendations to improve stakeholders' experience.
