Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative across South Africa to own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients and use LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals with high-quality outreach.

This remote SA role requires 2 years in SDR/BDR, strong written communication, and comfort handling your own pipeline.

Competenze

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

About The Role

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.
