As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will research, source, and book meetings with qualified decision makers, serving as the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients. You will use tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo to hit volume goals with high-quality outreach.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
