Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa in a remote capacity. You will own top-of-funnel activities, researching accounts, building contact lists and booking discovery calls for our Account Executives.

With 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, you will craft personalized outreach using Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo, while maintaining a clean Salesforce pipeline and contributing to thoughtful, high-quality

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
