Blacksmith Agency is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to open doors and build our South Africa pipeline. You’ll research accounts, identify decision makers and book qualified discovery calls to feed our account executives.

In this remote SA role, you’ll use LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, keep clean data in Salesforce, and help the team optimize targeting and messaging.

Formación

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and cadence optimization.
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Inside Sales Specialist at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
