About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our growing remote team. This role focuses on selling dental prosthetics to dental practices across the U.S., particularly in regions not currently covered by our existing sales team. The ideal candidate will be proactive in prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals with dental clinics from a provided lead list.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business with an established reputation in the dental lab industry. You'll be instrumental in expanding our client base beyond the Southeast U.S. and driving business growth through consistent, targeted outreach.
Responsibilities
Proactively engage dental practices from a curated lead list to introduce and sell dental prosthetics.
Understand client needs and offer tailored product solutions that enhance patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the medical or dental sales field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional, consultative approach.
Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume outbound call / email cadence.
Comfortable working remotely and self-motivated to achieve goals without daily oversight..
Nice to Have
Experience using CRM systems and productivity tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Prior experience selling to healthcare professionals, particularly dental practices.
