The role emphasizes thoughtful outreach over blasting lists, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality interactions.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role
• Strong written communication
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo)
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable

As Inside Sales Development Representative at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

What You Bring

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
