We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and aggressive Sales Team Leader with a strong background in Automotive/Truck parts - East Rand

The ideal candidate should deliver excellent customer service and guide the team in developing and executing cold calling strategies to satisfy the needs of our current customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sell automotive/truck parts and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Receive orders and generate orders on Syspro; ensure timely and accurate supply of parts.
- Lead and guide the team in cold calling and customer retention strategies.
- Utilize superior knowledge in excel to create reports, targets, and drive sales.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in selling automotive/truck parts is must.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Syspro.
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment.

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary is R 16,000 per month plus a commission on reaching certain levels in sales. The company also offers a provident fund at 7% contribution and the option to join a medical aid plan, with the company paying 50% up to a maximum of R 2200pm. The commission structure is open for discussion and brings an opportunity to earn an unlimited amount.
