Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Inplant Technician to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our inplant operations, ensuring the smooth running of production processes, maintaining equipment, and providing technical support to meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
  • Moving barrels and colour matching
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and improve productivity.
  • Support training of staff on equipment operation and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in printing, inks, or related industries.
  • Good understanding of colour
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and environmental protocols.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
