Placements24 is seeking a Management Consultant to join its Innovation and New Venture Development practice in Mahikeng, North West. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, corporate innovation, or startup environments.
• Proven track record in developing and launching new products or businesses.
• Strong understanding of innovation frameworks, design thinking, and lean startup methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in financial modeling and business plan development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and entrepreneurial setting.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitive landscaping to identify innovation opportunities.
• Develop business cases, financial projections, and strategic roadmaps for new ventures.
• Facilitate innovation workshops, design thinking sessions, and ideation sprints.
• Advise clients on business model design, validation, and pivot strategies.
• Support the development and launch of new products, services, and business lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and finance, to bring new ventures to life.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies for new venture initiatives.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, market disruptors, and innovative business practices.
• Provide strategic guidance to client leadership throughout the innovation lifecycle.
