We are looking for a Manager (m/f/d) who:

• Demonstrates all-round personal development, such as excellent academic performance, international exchange programs, internships, or extracurricular activities;
• Has 5-8 years of experience at a top-tier consultancy in digital strategy development and/or execution;
• Possesses profound experience and knowledge, with a strong interest in Open Finance, ecosystem-based business models, data strategy, APIs, customer journeys, product and service innovation, payment processes and technology, or regulatory issues like PSD2 and GDPR;
• Has proven leadership skills managing project teams;
• Is commercially savvy with a relevant network in the NL, preferably with consulting sales experience and motivation to grow this area;
• Has a genuine interest in digitalization topics and a willingness to challenge oneself and others;
• Is flexible and willing to travel;
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

As a Manager, you will support our clients' digital transformation and development of open, data-driven business models.

You will apply your expertise, market knowledge, and creativity to find innovative and practical solutions to client challenges.

Customer focus is your top priority.

Your leadership skills are critical as you will lead international project teams, coordinate project delivery, and share your expertise internally.

You will also contribute to business development and thought leadership within INNOPAY.
