Job description

We are looking for a talented Inland Regional Leader CSA to join our team General Management for our Branch / Zone / Country MGRS in Gauteng, South Africa.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  1. Operational Efficiency: By managing day-to-day operations and ensuring all functions run smoothly, you'll drive efficiency and productivity across the branches.
  2. Financial Management: Overseeing financial metrics and developing the Annual Operating Plan will help ensure the branches meet their financial goals and contribute to the company's profitability.
  3. Business Growth: Implementing and managing the annual marketing and sales plan will enable you to foster business growth and expand market presence.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: By managing customer satisfaction programs and promoting a culture of customer service, you'll enhance the customer experience and loyalty.
  5. Employee Development: Recruiting, developing, and motivating high-quality employees will create a strong, capable team that can achieve business objectives.
  6. Warranty Management: Handling warranty submissions and addressing repetitive issues will improve product and service quality, leading to better customer satisfaction.
  7. Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards will create a safe and responsible work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Financial and Risk Management: Develop and manage sales, financial controls, and risk to ensure efficient operations within budget.
  2. Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and business leaders through regular face-to-face interactions.
  3. Inventory and Service Coordination: Align inventory, service, and delivery capabilities with customer expectations by collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
  4. Negotiation Skills: Effectively manage account receivables and negotiate payment terms when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education / Experience:

College, university, or equivalent degree required; an MBA will be advantageous.

Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, budgetary, and cross-functional experience, required.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
