Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly taxes, VAT, and provisional taxes for 4 companies.
• Handle all SARS queries.
• Prepare Monthly Management accounts.
• Financial Planning and Forecasting.
• Oversee Bookkeeper and admin staff.
• Manage invoicing and payments, including foreign currency transactions.
• Reconcile invoices.
• Provision monthly cost accruals by reconciling accounts and supplier statements at month-end.
• Stay updated with IFRS requirements.
• Ensure internal control systems are in place.

1. Prepare monthly taxes, VAT, and provisional taxes for 4 companies.
2. Handle all SARS queries.
3. Prepare Monthly Management accounts.
4. Financial Planning and Forecasting.
5. Oversee Bookkeeper and admin staff.
6. Manage invoicing and payments, including foreign currency transactions.
7. Reconcile invoices.
8. Provision monthly cost accruals by reconciling accounts and supplier statements at month-end.
9. Stay updated with IFRS requirements and make necessary provisions in the accounts accordingly.
10. Ensure internal control systems are in place within the area of responsibility.
