Infrastructure Manager - Midrand, Gauteng

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead our client in deploying and maintaining telecommunications infrastructure.

This role involves overseeing projects, managing a team, ensuring quality control, and driving the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of Infrastructure Technicians.
2. Manage and execute infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
3. Oversee technology rollouts, including 60GHz and mesh networks.
4. Ensure quality control and risk management for all projects.
5. Allocate resources and manage budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in infrastructure management, including leadership.
3. Strong knowledge of fiber optics, wireless networks, and power systems.
4. Proven leadership and communication skills.

Remuneration: R45,000 - R50,000 per month (depending on experience).
