The role emphasizes monitoring, capacity planning, automation, and DR readiness across on‑premises and cloud/hybrid environments, with a focus on governance, patch management and effective incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining networks, servers and security platforms.
• Ability to manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Strong patch management and disaster recovery knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be custodian of the infrastructure environment, ensuring networks, servers and security remain reliable and secure.
• Monitor performance, capacity and availability to prevent business-impacting issues.
• Apply expertise to manage routing, switching, firewall, VPN, server and virtualization.
• Support and enhance cloud and hybrid infrastructure for stability and performance.
• Champion infrastructure security through patching, access control and best practices.
• Lead backup, recovery and disaster recovery processes for critical systems.
• Document configurations and procedures; ensure governance and change processes are followed.
