The Infrastructure and Network Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the organization's infrastructure and network environments, which are delivered through a network of outsourced service providers. This includes ensuring the delivery, performance, observability, and cost-effectiveness of critical infrastructure and network services across multiple countries, time zones, and regulatory jurisdictions. This strategic leadership role plays a vital part in supporting hybrid and multi-cloud provisioning, ensuring robust WAN, SD-WAN, and NaaS services, and aligning infrastructure capabilities with business operations and growth.

- Drive continuous optimization of network topologies and architectures across regions. Proactively follow up with suppliers and finance teams to resolve payment issues.
- Plan capacity upgrades and failover strategies to achieve minimal downtime.
- Continuously monitor link utilization, packet loss and latency; fine-tune configurations to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Build, negotiate, and manage SLAs with outsourced providers.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for third-party infrastructure and network services.

- Lead risk identification and mitigation efforts across jurisdictions.
- Maintain network diagrams, configuration baselines and runbooks.
- Define VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), QoS policies and IP addressing schemes.
- Implement firewalls (stateful, NGFW), intrusion detection / prevention (IDS / IPS) and zero-trust segmentation.
