Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, law or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in information security compliance, governance or risk.
• Solid understanding of information security frameworks and data privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Monitor adherence to information security policies, standards and regulatory requirements (POPIA, ISO 27001).
• Conduct regular compliance assessments and gap analyses against frameworks.
• Assist in audits and prepare required evidence and documentation.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures and risk registers.
• Provide guidance and training on compliance-related security matters.
• Track remediation activities and ensure timely closure of findings.
