Key Responsibilities

  • Endpoint Support: Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot software and hardware on end-user devices, including desktops and laptops.
  • Hardware and Peripherals: Ensure all hardware is in good working condition, resolve technical issues, and install and troubleshoot peripherals like printers and scanners.
  • Telephony and Infrastructure: Address and resolve problems with telephony equipment and handsets. You will also diagnose network problems, replace cabling, and provide technical support for workstation hardware administration.
  • Ticket Management: Handle service requests on our IT Service Management (ITSM) platform, diagnose and resolve issues, and keep users informed on the status of their requests.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with team members, provide feedback to management, and share knowledge with peers. You will also assist with the rollout of new software as part of a project team.
  • Documentation: Develop and document technical solutions, procedures, and configurations for both hardware and software.
