  • Providing senior technical support to education sector clients
  • Ensuring operational continuity and efficiency of ICT networks
  • Managing and maintaining client network environments
  • Building strong relationships with technical contacts at client sites and third-party vendors

Key Skills

  • Qualifications such as MCSA, Azure certifications, and ITIL are highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10 & 11)
  • Experience with Azure and Intune
  • Excellent PC troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows Server OS
  • Active Directory setup and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of virtualization concepts
  • Networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and subnetting
  • Experience with backup solutions, including VM-level backups
  • Familiarity with deployment tools such as WDS, MDT, SCCM
  • Knowledge of managed wireless solutions (e.g., Ruckus), security protocols (802.1X), and guest/BYOD networks
  • Experience with mobile device integration (iOS, Android) in Windows networks
  • Proficiency with Office 365, Exchange 365, and Papercut
  • Experience with web filtering products (LGFL, Smoothwall, Sonicwall, Websense)
  • Familiarity with managed antivirus systems like Sophos Enterprise Console
  • Previous experience in the education sector or MSPs is advantageous
  • Professional and customer service-oriented mindset
  • Solution-focused with strong problem-solving skills
