Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, support operations, and long-term strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead IT support teams, ensuring 24/7 coverage and adherence to response times.
  2. Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud services, and database backups.
  3. Oversee ISP and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective service agreements.
  4. Implement security protocols, conduct audits, and optimize data usage.
  5. Automate ticket routing and IT support processes to enhance efficiency.
  6. Plan IT infrastructure for new sites, optimizing scalability and performance.
  7. Administer Office and Dynamics, manage domain certificates, and oversee cloud infrastructure.
  8. Support implementation of large ERP project.
  9. Project Management for hardware and software upgrades and new implementations.
  10. Work with director in strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
  1. MCSE / MCSA or equivalent.
  2. A degree is desirable.
  3. Proven experience in IT management.
  4. Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud services, security, and automation.
  5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  6. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  7. Experience managing IT support teams, as well as external contracting firms.
  8. Proficiency in Office, network management, and security protocols.
