Role Description

The IT Manager will manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, compliance, and technical support. The role involves overseeing IT assets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and leading IT engineering projects such as system integrations, process automation, and device management. The IT Administrator will also handle employee onboarding/offboarding, maintain disaster recovery plans, and collaborate with HR to streamline IT processes. Strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage IT systems are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field otherwise in field experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT administration and IT-Engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
  • Experience with platforms such as Atlassian Suite, Google Suite, Intune, JAMF, Slack, Connect Teams.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and tools.
  • Experience with identity and access management (IAM) and employee account provisioning, such as Okta, Azure Exchange, Sage HR, Hi Bob.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in PCI and ISO27001 environments is a plus.
