Information Systems Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and drive financial strategy within our organization.

As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to contribute to the company's overall success. Position Responsibilities

1. Lead budgeting and forecasting: Work with department heads to develop accurate financial plans.
2. Financial reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
3. Compliance: Ensure reports comply with local regulations and international standards.
4. Financial modeling and analysis: Develop models, forecasts, and variance analyses to evaluate performance.
5. Internal controls: Establish and maintain policies to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
6. Audit coordination: Liaise with auditors and address findings promptly.
7. Cash flow management: Manage projections and working capital.
8. Strategic guidance: Provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
9. Team leadership: Mentor and develop the finance team.
10. Operational oversight: Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
11. Tax compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations.
12. Process improvement: Identify and implement efficiency enhancements.
13. Stakeholder relations: Build relationships with internal and external partners.
14. Special projects: Lead or participate in initiatives to support business goals.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification (CA, CIMA, ACCA, SAIPA).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and financial reporting.
• Experience in multinational or large-scale organizations preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and team-building skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
