Key Responsibilities

  2. Assist the team in guiding clients through the onboarding process.
  3. Utilise your knowledge of MS Office Suite and other operational tools to manage tasks effectively.
  4. Provide top-notch customer support, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure client feedback is captured and addressed, contributing to continuous improvement.
  6. Stay proactive in identifying potential challenges and delivering creative solutions.
What We're Looking For Someone Who Is
