Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking an Information Security Analyst in Cape Town to ensure a secure, reliable environment and engage effectively with clients. You will manage security operations, patching, and lifecycle initiatives while coordinating across teams to meet client expectations.

The role requires 3+ years in security, SOC/SIEM, vulnerability management, and hands-on experience with Azure/Maz500 and Check Point CCSA. Strong documentation and TAC coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITIL v3 (2+ years).
• 3+ years in security operations (SOC/SIEM).
• 3+ years in vulnerability management.
• Azure Security MAZ500 certification or equivalent (3+ years).
• Experience with Cisco Meraki (1-2 years).
• Check Point CCSA (4+ years).
• 3+ years in a security environment.
• 2-5+ years in similar ICT managed services role.
• Experience in writing technical documentation and coordinating with TAC.
