DIVISION: EDD

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To provide business advice, training, and information on Seda products and services and make referrals to relevant stakeholders.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  1. Coordinate branch events and activities and provide support for dissemination of information to internal and external branch stakeholders, making relevant referrals.
  2. Conduct assessments and implement interventions.
  3. Coordinate and facilitate training and information sessions.
  4. Maintain and update database records and marketing materials.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Certificate in Business Management/Marketing.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:

3 – 4 years’ experience in a customer-oriented environment. Knowledge of the small enterprise development sector. Exposure to small enterprise development sector. Events and training coordination experience.
