Description

As part of Wealth Management Operations (WMO), Investment Information Management Organization, this position is an Information Management Analyst within the Wealth Management Performance Operations group. This group is responsible for maintaining the timeliness and accuracy of client investment performance returns for the branch office network.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform quality assurance reviews, testing, and training to ensure high performance accuracy of performance metrics and quality standards.
  • Support inquiries and requests received from the line of business in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate efficiencies and identify areas of improvement and growth in the overall process.
  • Ensure all assigned daily initiatives, deliverables, and events are completed timely and accurately.
  • Support risk management and audit processes, including identification of issues, development of mitigation strategies, and exam preparation.
  • Review and update procedures as needed to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
  • Adhere to record retention guidelines and standards.

Required Skills :

  • Ability to work well with internal and external team partners.
  • At least 1 year of Investment Performance Reporting experience.
  • Able to manage workload during high volume periods.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strict attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be available to work extended hours during periods of high volume.
  • Excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks independently.
  • Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Desired Skills :

  • Prior experience working with review or reconciliation of transactional/security data for investment products (e.g., cost basis, pricing, corporate actions).
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment assets, including equity, fixed income, and alternative securities.

Pay range: $24.24 - $38.68 hourly, based on experience, education, and skills.
