Job description

Responsibilities
  1. Brand Presence and Relationship Building: Ensure brand presence through relationship building at Trader Outlets, including trader education.
  2. Call Cycle and KPI Management: Achieve call cycle compliance and KPIs.
  3. POS Management: Install, place, and replenish POS materials at Trader outlets.
  4. Reporting: Daily reporting on HHT and KPIs, driving a look of success.
  5. Insights and Monitoring: Collect and share insights on opportunities, competitor activity, and monitor product visibility.
Promotional Activities
  1. Communicate promotional activities to store owners.
  2. Negotiate POS materials with store owners/managers.
  3. Ensure implementation, maintenance, and reporting of promotional activities.
  4. Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Monitor competitors’ new innovations.
  6. Ensure all in-store staff understand promotion mechanics and provide feedback to Supervisor.
  7. Organize promotional events and displays as required.
Call Cycle Management
  1. Identify and implement call cycles.
  2. Administer and complete according to requirements.
  3. Inform Supervisor of cycles and ensure suitability.
Administrative Duties
  1. Complete reports promptly.
  2. Manage assets and equipment.
  3. Complete necessary documentation when required.
Customer Service
  1. Gather and address customer feedback, queries, and requests.
  2. Maintain knowledge of promotions and products to advise customers effectively.
  3. Build and maintain strong working relationships.
Self-Management
  1. Maintain personal quality and productivity standards.
  2. Follow internal procedures consistently.
  3. Plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Anticipate and manage change.
