Job description

Foot soldiers will ensure brand presence through relationship building at Trader Outlets, including trader education.

  1. Call Cycle Compliance and KPI achievement.
  2. POS installation, placement, and replenishment at Trader outlets.
  3. Daily Reporting on HHT and across KPIs, driving look of success.
  4. Collecting and sharing insights, opportunities, competitor activity, and monitoring visibility of product flow.

Effective execution of promotional activity

  1. Communicate promotional activities to store owners.
  2. Negotiate POS material with store owners/managers.
  3. Ensure promotional activities are implemented, maintained, and reported on.
  4. Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Monitor competitors’ new innovations.
  6. Ensure all in-store staff understand mechanics of promotion and provide feedback to Supervisor.
  7. Build-up of promotional events and displays as required. Adhoc promotional activities.

Call cycle management

  1. Identify call cycles and ensure implementation thereof.
  2. Administer and complete according to requirements.
  3. Inform Supervisor of cycle and ensure suitability.

Effective administration

  1. Complete reports timely.
  2. Manage assets and equipment.
  3. Complete necessary documentation when required.

Customer service and satisfaction

  1. Gather feedback from customer complaints, queries, and requests and ensure resolution.
  2. Communicate and maintain knowledge of promotions/product knowledge to advise on product use.
  3. Build and maintain strong working relationships.

Effective self-management

  1. Follow through to ensure personal quality and productivity standards are maintained.
  2. Demonstrate consistent application of internal procedures.
  3. Plan and prioritize, managing competing demands.
  4. Anticipate and manage change effectively.
  5. Demonstrate flexibility in balancing objectives with organizational needs.
