Foot Soldiers Responsibilities
- Ensure brand presence through relationship building at Trader Outlets, including trader education.
- Maintain call cycle compliance and achieve KPIs.
- Install, place, and replenish POS at Trader outlets.
- Report daily on HHT and KPIs, driving a look of success.
- Collect and share insights on opportunities, competitor activity, and monitor product visibility.
Promotion Execution
- Communicate promotional activities to store owners.
- Negotiate POS materials with store owners/managers.
- Implement, maintain, and report on promotional activities.
- Provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Monitor competitors' innovations.
- Ensure in-store staff understand promotion mechanics and gather their feedback.
- Organize promotional events and displays as required.
Call Cycle Management
- Identify and implement call cycles.
- Complete administrative requirements.
- Inform supervisor of cycle plans and ensure appropriateness.
Administrative Tasks
- Complete reports promptly.

Customer Service
- Gather and resolve customer complaints, queries, and requests.
