Job description

Foot soldiers responsibilities
  • Ensure brand presence through relationship building at Trader Outlets, including trader education
  • Maintain call cycle compliance and achieve KPIs
  • Install, place, and replenish POS materials at Trader outlets
  • Report daily on HHT and KPIs, driving success metrics
  • Collect and share insights on opportunities, competitor activity, and monitor product visibility
Effective execution of promotional activity
  • Communicate promotional activities to store owners
  • Negotiate POS materials with store owners/managers
  • Implement, maintain, and report on promotional activities
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders
  • Monitor competitors’ innovations
  • Ensure in-store staff understand promotion mechanics and provide feedback to supervisor
  • Organize promotional events and displays as required; handle adhoc promotional activities
Call cycle management
  • Identify and implement call cycles
  • Complete required administration
  • Inform supervisor of cycle plans and ensure suitability
Effective administration
  • Complete reports promptly
  • Manage assets and equipment
  • Complete necessary documentation when required
Customer service and satisfaction
  • Gather feedback from customer complaints, queries, and requests, ensuring resolution
