Foot soldiers responsibilities
- Ensure brand presence through relationship building at Trader Outlets, including trader education
- Maintain call cycle compliance and achieve KPIs
- Install, place, and replenish POS materials at Trader outlets
- Report daily on HHT and KPIs, driving success metrics
- Collect and share insights on opportunities, competitor activity, and monitor product visibility
Effective execution of promotional activity
- Communicate promotional activities to store owners
- Negotiate POS materials with store owners/managers
- Implement, maintain, and report on promotional activities
- Provide feedback to stakeholders
- Monitor competitors’ innovations
- Ensure in-store staff understand promotion mechanics and provide feedback to supervisor
- Organize promotional events and displays as required; handle adhoc promotional activities
Call cycle management
- Identify and implement call cycles
- Complete required administration
- Inform supervisor of cycle plans and ensure suitability
