Responsibilities
- Foot soldiers will ensure brand presence through relationship building at Trader Outlets inclusive of trader education.
- Call Cycle Compliance and KPI achievement.
- POS installation, placement, and replenishment at Trader outlets.
- Daily Reporting on HHT and across KPIs, driving look of success.
- Collecting and sharing insights, opportunities, competitor activity and monitoring visibility of product flow.
Promotion Execution
- Effective execution of promotional activity.
- Communicate promotional activities to store owners.
- Negotiate POS material with store owners/managers.
- Ensure promotional activities are implemented, maintained, and reported on.
- Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor competitors’ new innovations.
- Ensure all in-store staff understand mechanics of promotion and provide feedback to Supervisor.
- Build-up of promotional events and displays as required; Adhoc promotional activities.
Call Cycle Management
- Identify call cycles and ensure implementation thereof.
- Administer and complete according to requirements.
- Inform Supervisor of cycle and ensure suitability.
Effective Administration
- Complete reports timely.
- Manage assets and equipment.
- Complete necessary documentation when required.
Customer Service & Satisfaction
- Gather feedback from customer complaints, queries, and requests; ensure resolution.
- Communicate and maintain knowledge of promotions/product knowledge to advise on product use.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships.

- Follow through to maintain personal quality and productivity standards.
