Marketing & CRM Department:
The Marketing and CRM department has full control and visibility over a consumer’s lifecycle and their interaction with us as a brand. We build strong brand awareness through our ATL marketing, drive initial visitation and subscriptions through various digital marketing channels, and maximize engagement and loyalty through personalization within our push marketing channels. As a team, we are constantly optimizing and growing our marketing activities through data-driven decisions, all with the goal of acquiring new users and keeping those users active and engaged with our brands.
The business insight team supports BAU reporting, ad hoc analysis, and the creation of bespoke personalization algorithms used within email and push notifications.
The team has access to data manipulation tools like Python, SQL, and Adobe Analytics, enabling deep analysis of data influencing performance fluctuations. We adopt a test-and-learn approach across marketing areas, sharing knowledge of successes and failures. Main Responsibilities:
- Research and identify influencers aligning with Wowcher’s brand values and target audience.
- Foster partnerships with micro, macro, and celebrity influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create influencer campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Define clear objectives for each campaign (e.g., brand awareness, conversions, engagement).
- Develop strategies focused on increasing visitation and revenue through influencer activities.
- Create and refine the content calendar and creative briefs for influencer campaigns.
- Support operational aspects of influencer programs (buying, gifting, organizing products and experiences).
- Utilize influencer content across organic social channels to maximize engagement and growth.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to leverage influencer content on other platforms.
- Edit and repurpose influencer content for use in other digital activities.
- Manage influencer contracts, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timely content delivery and proper tagging or linking to Wowcher’s platform.
- Use analytics tools to track campaign success (engagement, conversions, traffic).
- Report on ROI, KPIs, and campaign outcomes to stakeholders.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback.
- Stay updated on social media trends, influencer marketing, and consumer behavior.
- Continuously research new influencers and platform trends to keep campaigns fresh and engaging.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience within e-Commerce
- Strong analytical skills with good reporting and Excel proficiency
