Job description

A fast growing Health & Wellness Brand based in the UK, dedicated to transforming the nutrition industry, is seeking for a senior team member to lead their Influencer Marketing initiatives.

The role will be fully remote based in South Africa, but working within the UK and EU markets.As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be engaging with impactful content creators to seamlessly feature their products, ensuring alignment with their style and audience.

Streamline creator onboarding onto e-commerce platforms for enhanced efficiency.

Analyse partnership data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Stay ahead of trends and competitors to craft innovative partnership strategies.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDiscover and interact with impactful content creators through personalised engagement efforts.Work closely with content creators to seamlessly incorporate our products into their content, ensuring alignment with their distinctive style and audience.Create and execute plans to improve the process of onboarding creators onto suitable e-commerce platforms.Analyse and interpret data to offer insights into partnership performance, aiding in the development of continuous strategy.Participate in planning and executing successful product launches, aiming for maximum exposure and excitement.Remain informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and new prospects, incorporating a commercially astute approach into partnership strategies.Desired Experience & QualificationDemonstrated success in managing affiliates, partnerships with influencers, or similar positionsprehend and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for implementing marketing campaigns.Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, nurturing robust connections with content creators and internal teams.Possessing a data-driven mindset, adept at interpreting analytics to inform decision-making.Having a creative touch to ensure influencer content resonates with our brand values and messaging.Possessing robust project management abilities, capable of multitasking and excelling in a dynamic work setting.Knowledge of the wellness industry for both genders or a sincere passion for promoting holistic health.Package & RemunerationR35 - R50 / month (negotiable based on experience)16 Annual leave + South African Public Holidays
