An innovative firm is seeking a Mid-Experience professional to drive progress and mentor junior team members in the dynamic world of digital advertising. This role emphasizes building relationships with clients and agencies, utilizing analytical skills to provide tailored marketing strategies. You will work closely with major advertisers to help them achieve their business objectives through Google's diverse product offerings. Mid-Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients within digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the Retail vertical. Experience in building and leveraging relationships with directors and C-Level stakeholders. Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization. Experience with performance marketing with full funnel marketing exposure. Experience in building relationships with advertisers, agencies, or clients within the media and advertising sectors in South Africa or across multiple markets.

We advise our clients on their marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and how to apply Google's broad range of products across DVA, App Promo, YouTube Brand, Search / PMax to help them connect with their customers.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We observe the massive transformation as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms and are uniquely positioned to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age.
