Qualifications

• Valid PDP and relevant license (Code 14/EC).
• Significant experience driving heavy-duty vehicles in industrial settings.
• Familiarity with Richards Bay industrial area and port operations.
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and safety procedures.
• Flexible hours, including shift work.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy-duty vehicles for industrial material transport in Richards Bay.
• Perform pre-operational checks and basic maintenance on assigned vehicles.
• Follow loading/unloading procedures and ensure load security.
• Adhere to safety regulations for industrial zones and hazardous materials if applicable.
• Maintain logs of deliveries, routes, fuel, and issues.
• Communicate with site managers, dispatch, and other personnel.
