Qualifications

• Experience as a sanitation supervisor or similar leadership role in industry.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, sanitation chemicals, and equipment.
• Familiar with health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., HACCP, OSHA).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Physical stamina for inspections and hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of the sanitation team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and sanitation.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, identify hazards, and ensure compliance.
• Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and proper usage.
• Train new team members on sanitation procedures, safety protocols, and correct equipment use.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to schedule cleaning activities with minimal disruptions.
