Job description

* Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts while ensuring fair treatment across all levels.
* Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs that comply with legal standards and company culture.
* Provide guidance and support to managers and staff regarding labor laws, employee rights, and company policies.
* Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to build a strong and diverse workforce.
* Oversee performance management, employee development, and career progression initiatives.
* Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and disputes in accordance with company protocols.
* Ensure compliance with labor legislation, industry standards, and best practices in HR.
* Organize and facilitate employee training sessions to promote engagement, skill development, and well-being.
* Work closely with senior management to develop strategic HR solutions that align with business goals.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
