Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct property viewings & negotiate leasing terms
2. Advise clients on market conditions & property values
3. Draft lease agreements & sales contracts
4. Build and manage relationships with tenants & landlords
5. Identify new business opportunities
6. Stay updated on market trends

Experience Required:

1. Proven experience in Industrial Property Sales and Leasing
2. Strong communication & negotiation skills
3. Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude
