Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Operations Analyst to join our client in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. You will evaluate operational processes, identify KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to boost efficiency and productivity.

Work closely with operations teams, develop dashboards, and support SOPs and process improvements. Hybrid work option offered with a mix of office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years in operations analysis or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data tools.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail in Queenstown.

About the Role

You will work closely with operational teams to understand their challenges and implement solutions that drive tangible improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 2-4 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or a similar role.


• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).


• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly.


• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail in Queenstown .
